Vector Real Estate Group began in 1976 as Florida Leisure Communities and has been a major force in the Florida housing industry for more than 30 years.

Our firm has completed development, marketing and construction of more than 3,500 homes and condominiums in central Florida. Although we have concentrated on the single family housing industry, Vector also has expertise in many facets of real estate, including multi-family (condos and apartments), commercial (office and retail), and raw land acquisition and disposition.

We have in-house licensees for real estate brokerage, general contracting, community association management and mortgage brokerage. In addition, we have established relationships with a team of outside professionals, which allows us to accomplish virtually every real estate related task.
