PROJECT
SPOTLIGHT
Commercial Mixed Use Development

An investment partnership managed by FLC purchased a 145 acre parcel adjacent to an Interstate interchange that was poised for growth, believing that the property had high potential for future development..
We have guided the property through the process of changing the land use from agricultural to mixed-use commercial/residential. We have also prepared conceptual plans which will allow for development of limited commercial, professional office space, rental apartments, and medium and low-density single family homes.
At present, we are working to finalize development approvals, and we are marketing this property to potential end-users.
